Formerly known as the Gold Coast, Ghana is most famous for being the first country in black Africa to gain independence. Famous also for its friendly people and rich, colorful culture, Ghana is often referred to as the “Gateway to Africa.” It certainly is a wonderful first port of call, as it embodies so many of the good things Africa has to offer. We hope to see you in Ghana soon,
