What You’ll Do
See Seattle’s famous Space Needle
Take Seattle at your pace, with 9 days to see the major sights
Enjoy six of Seattle’s most famous attractions
The CityPASS includes admission to 6 of Seattle’s most famous attractions, including Seattle’s world-famous symbol, the Space Needle. Built in 1962 for the World’s Fair, the Space Needle towers over downtown, settling into the skyline with the mountains in the background.
Other attractions are the Seattle Aquarium, Argosy Cruises Harbor Cruise, the EMP Museum OR Woodland Park Zoo and Pacific Sciences Center OR Chihuly Gardens and Glass.
The CityPASS system is simple. At the first attraction you visit, exchange your voucher for a CityPASS booklet. Then, at each subsequent attraction, a ticket will be torn from your booklet.
Seattle Aquarium
The minute you enter, there it is. A giant aquarium. A window into Elliott Bay.
Modeled after Neah Bay’s rock blades, the aquarium is filled with salmon, colorful rockfish, vibrant sea anemones, and other local marine life.
Divers appear in this exhibit three times daily: 10:00, 11:30, and 12:15. They wear masks with microphones. They see you and answer your questions while playing with fish and providing information.
There are 2 large tidepools in this central exhibit. One represents the quieter waters of Seattle’s inland sea, and the other represents the more lively outer Washington coast.
Visitors can reach into these water exhibits to feel live seastars, urchins, sea anemones, kelp, and more. Naturalists stand by to help teach how to touch sea creatures, and to answer questions.
Large video screens help show the life and characteristics of these amazing creatures who thrive in Washington state’s harsh, ever-changing tidal zones.

The Dinosaurs exhibit creates an opportunity to travel back in time to the Mesozoic Era. There, 7 robotic dinosaurs make you freeze in your tracks as they move and roar. The Insect Village exhibit tends to draw a crowd. You can tell from the looks on guests’ faces exactly how they’re reacting.
