We will visit the centre of Monterosso, then ascending by a steep but easy trail to the sanctuary of Soviore, one of the more ancients of the area; by means of a stretch of asphalt road, we will reach the path to the Reggio sanctuary: a fabulous walk through Mediterrenean bush, with spectacular views over the sea, and some steep stretches. From the Reggio sanctuary, we will descend to Vernazza by means of cobbles historic lane. We will visit Vernazza and then ascend again along the coastal trail to Monterosso.  As an alternative, it will be possible to return to Monterosso by train

This is a average hiking tour, requiring some practice to walk along rough and steep trails and a bit of fitness.

Can be done year round; try to avoid peak tourist days.

The trail from Monterosso to Vernazza can be subject to access limitation.
