Day 01: Colombo – Dambulla
Ayubowan welcome to Sri Lanka. (Ayubowan means ‘may you live a long life’) Upon arrival to Sri Lanka meet and get assistance at the hotel by our representative and transfer to the Dambulla from the hotel. (Colombo)
En route visit Dambulla cave temple. This ancient temple is the 2nd largest cave temple in the world and this is a world heritage site. There are five caves that can be seen which are adorned with attractive wall paintings. More than 150 Gautama Buddha Statues have been enshrined in these cave.
During your stay in Dambulla you also can take a ride in a bullock cart for a village tour which would be another whole new experience of the ancient Sri Lankan culture.


If you visit Dambulla you will be able to get a very much refreshing traditional spa treatment. The one-and-a-half hour oil and other traditional methods of treatments which are medically approved by the doctors will make your tour feel more relaxing.
After that proceed to the hotel (overnight stay at Sigiriya)

Day 02 hotel Sigiriya hotel
After breakfast visit sigiriya rock fortress
• Sigiriya is a Palace and rock Fortress. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Sigiriya or Lion Rock is an astonishing feature of engineering and construction. During you visit to Dambulla you will have the chance to witness this breathtaking sight.
After climbing the sigiriya rock you can visit the Minneriya national park and enjoy a safari.
• The Minneriya National Park is an ideal eco-tourism location in Sri Lanka. This park consists of mixed evergreen forest and shrub areas and is home to a variety of animal species including wide variety of birds, deer’s and elephants. A visit to this park will make your trip to Sri Lanka unforgettable.
After that back to the hotel at Sigiriya (overnight stay at Sigiriya)

 

Day 03 Dambulla – Matale – Kandy
Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast we will be heading to Kandy


En route we will visit aluvihare temple in matale .
Thereafter we will engage with the Kandy city tour and shopping in Kandy. In the evening, we will visit The Temple of the Tooth Relic. Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic - ever since the 4th Century A.D,When the Buddha’s Tooth was brought to Sri Lanka hidden in the sacrilegious hands in an Orissa princess’ hair, the Relic has grown in repute and holiness in Sri Lanka and throughout the Buddhist world. It is considered Sri Lanka’s most prized possession. (A UNESCO World Heritage Site, http://www.worldheritagesite.org/sites/kandy.html)
Visit the Kandyan Cultural Dance in the evening.
Overnight, stay in Kandy.



DAY 04 [KANDY/NUWARA ELIYA]
Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast we will be heading to Nuwara Eliya.






Enroot we will visit Tea factory and Tea estates. Afterwards we will visit Ramboda falls.
Tea Factory or Tea Processing Centre- There are hundreds of Tea factories in the Central Highlands, the Uva region and in the Southern parts of Sri Lanka. Some of these factories are situated in breathtakingly beautiful landscapes, surrounded by indeed serene green gardens of tea. A casual tourist to this island cannot call his visit complete if he does not pay a visit to some of them. Visitors to any of these Centers are normally treated with typical Sri Lankan courtesy and normally given an educative, guided tour on the various stages of the tea manufacturing process.
Thereafter we will engage in the Nuwara Eliya city tour.
Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.
DAY05 [NUWARA ELIYA/GALLE]

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast we will be heading to Galle.
• Galle Fort, in the Bay of Galle on the southwest coast of Sri Lanka, was built first in 1588 by the Portuguese, and then extensively fortified by the Dutch during the 17th century from 1649 onwards. It is a historical,
archaeological and architectural heritage monument, which even after more than 423 years maintains a polished appearance and is an ideal place to visit during your visit to Galle.

Day 06 Galle - Colombo
Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast we will be heading to Colombo
Enroute we can visit Moonstone mine at hikkaduwa and you can engage madu river boat safari





You can engage in the Colombo city tour in the evening.
